Members Meeting Wed 24th July 7.30pm
Amongst the responses to our recent survey was the fact that members do not get the chance to raise questions to the Committee at the AGM. This is because it is stated under rule 16.2.5 (lilac rule book) "AGMs will not include Any Other Business nor include items raised from the meeting floor "
However, the Committee wish to give club members the opportunity to ask questions so we will be holding a Members Meeting on Wednesday 24th July from 7.30pm at the Club. Member partners who are also regular visitors to the Club are welcome to attend but we cannot allow any non-members. You will be asked to produce your RBL membership card with the sticker on the back to gain entrance to the meeting.
In order that we can provide full and frank answers to your questions we would prefer them to be submitted in writing in advance but that does not mean that any question from the floor on the night will not be answered. All we ask is if we do not have the information to hand, you give us time to find out. Whilst we want to encourage a free-flowing discussion and exchange of views, no abuse, bad language or derogatory comments will be tolerated by anyone.
The minutes from the May Committee meeting along with a copy of the Club’s finances will be sent out before the meeting. The accounts for June will be available on the night.
Questions in advance of the meeting to be emailed to theclub@rblcrowthorne.co.uk
